Tips：
Due to open wireless connection, the 2.4G band is highly susceptible to interference code, mouse become out of work. If this problem occurs, please take following steps to connect.
Pairing Mode:
Keyboard pairing:
1. Unplug the USB receiver from the computer USB port
2. Install the battery to the keyboard
3. Press and hold down the”ESC” and “+/=” at the same time. When the keyboard power indicator lights up (red), it will enter the matching mode
4. Insert the USB receiver into the computer USB port (within 20 seconds), and the code matching will success.
Mouse pairing:
1. Unplug the USB receiver from the computer USB port
2. Install the battery to the mouse
3. Turn on the mouse switch
4. Press and hold down the “left button”+ “scroll wheel” + “right button” of the mouse at the same time and do not loosen, and the LED at the bottom of the mouse will be on continuously.
5. Insert the USB receiver into the computer USB port (within 20 seconds), and the code matching will success.

Many keyboards claim to be quiet, but after falling for this claim one too many times, I must say, THIS ONE is the one I’ve been searching for, since like forever. No clackety clackety clack. I can’t say enough how happy I am to have found this, and glad that I gave it a chance. My bird room is right next to my office, and in order to enjoy my time in the morning, with coffee and catching up with social media, I must be quiet, or I’ll have screaming parrots, wanting my full attention. The mouse is quiet too, no clickety click, and both are smooth to operate. I can’t say enough about this combo for your desk pc. Go for it! The price is also great.

I am working from home and I needed a keyboard that I could use. I wanted to try the quiet touch keyboard and just randomly picked this one. I love it! Soft touch and no more key noises when typing. I highly recommend this one. So very happy using it.

This keyboard was very easy to setup to my work computer. Since it comes with a wireless mouse it save me money. I didn’t have to figure out what device would be compatible to the keyboard. I been using this keyboard for about a month and haven’t had any issues with it so far. My wrist does hurt after typing for a extended amount of time. I would recommend this keyboard to others.

good product at a great price. i use my pc daily and have since the 90’s. works just as good as the pricier wireless keyboard and mouse sets I’ve had in the past. Keys on keyboard press smoothly. no issues with mouse. happy with product.. I bought the two tone gray and black set.
